Joe is a great listener who takes great care in finding out exactly what his buyers are looking for in their new home. Joe worked in the Financial Services industry for ten years. As a result of his extensive experience there, Joe gained invaluable knowledge focused on numbers side of the transaction and he uses this to his buyer’s and seller’s best advantage from the initial offer through closing. He also gained excellent negotiating skills that he puts to use when getting the deal finalized and closed.

When not involved in a deal, you can find Joe at the gym or running in the park, cooking up a storm or travelling. Some of his favorite destinations include Barcelona, the Italian and French Rivieras and the Swiss Alps.
